McCain to spend Thanksgiving in Iraq
Source: CNN

WASHINGTON (CNN) — Chief National Correspondent John King reports Republican presidential candidate John McCain will go to Iraq to have Thanksgiving dinner with U.S. troops. A McCain adviser said the Arizona Senator would be part of a small Congressional delegation. No details of the visit are being disclosed for security reasons.

This would be his seventh trip to Iraq. He last visited troops over the 4th of July holiday.

5. That's not the turkey the troops would like to see
And not the place they'd rather be, when the turkey is served.

Bring the troops home now.

7. Why doesn't he just stay there? Save a lot of money flying him back and forth, protecting him, etc.

8. He will
probably slip out of his full body armor inside the green zone and walk to the nearest market to buy some sour grapes, return home and declare victory for the American empire!:sarcasm:

11. John Mc Cain
has truly lost it. He's gone too far this time.

Did anyone see the photos of him on his last trip to Iraq. It was beyond belief. He was walking with a very heavy flak jacket, surrounded by troops. I think he was escorted by a very pissed off general.

And McCain went there to "prove" how "safe" it is in Iraq.
