Newest ZOgby Poll (17 Jan)
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3977267/

Kerry 22.6
Dean 22.1
Gephardt 19.1
Edwards 17.9

Zogby said all four candidates continued to score very strong favorable ratings, and fewer participants in the poll expressed doubts about Dean’s ability to beat Bush in November.

1. They deserve to score strongly.
We have a tough choice between good choices.

13. Dean/Edwards the best choice
of the mix. Northern sensibilities & Southern charm. I don't trust Clark, the johnny-come-lately dem. There is no doubt about the motives/loyalty of the others. Braun as ambassador to anywhere she would like.

2. ABB
as far as I am concerned. I could support Clark, Dean, Edwards, or Kerry (I listed the candidates in alphabetical order) enthusiastically. I would like to see two of them team up as president and vice-presidential candidates. Sure, the GOP would use what they have said against each other in commercials, but I don't think anyone has said anything as damaging as Bush senior said about Reagan (voodoo economics). By the way, who would have thought that Bush Sr.'s son would take voodoo economics to such an extreme?

8. Although a Dean supporter, I would back
either of the other three front runners from Iowa if they get the nod. I also agree they should team up for a ticket that I think would be unbeatable. Clark/Edwards would be great. I don't think Clark/Dean would pair up even Kerry/Edwards would be strong.

3. Over 1900 precincts...
I like Dean's chances. Gephardt will do well in a lot of precincts because of the labor vote but they will not cover all those precincts, I doubt. Kerry will do well..as will Edwards but I will be surprised if either comes in first.

Thanks for making my Saturday morning. More post like the first four in this thread. I totally agree. This primary is so rough and tumble because we have such good candidates. I'm looking forward to the hearing the huge roar turn against Bush after we pick our nominee.

10. Yes
They're all wonderful candidates. I can't believe how much press this is getting for our side. The close race is exciting people. I can't help but think this will help our overall chances.
