10. That makes three of the last four
(counting the Frat Boy as president -- he was right handed)

Bush the Preppy and Clinton are both left handed.

Only six left-handed presidents in our nation's history, five of which have been in the last 35 years - Ford, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, & Obama. (Truman was the other one)

15. Not strange, actually.
Before the 1950's, it was policy to change left handers to writing right-handed, so there were probably more lefties, but they had been forced to learn to write with the right hand.

19. Left handed children were forced to write with their right hands until
the baby boomer parents started to fight it.

25. Oh, give me a break!!
In the days when the Silent (pre-Boomer) generation grew up, parents started protesting the forcing of right-handed writing. My grandmother was one of these parents, who raised holy hell about it (in a tiny town, no less)--that's when the change began.

For crying out loud, do you boomers think you invented EVERYTHING in God's creation? All you did was inherit what others had fought for (women's right to vote, the civil rights movement, etc.).

I'm not disrespecting the contributions you've made to society, but you're ONE generation among many that have also contributed to society.

Give the younger AND older folks the respect they deserve, please.

27. I think Reagan was left-handed too. Other than Raygun and Poppy,
left-handedness is a sign of superior intellect. Think Einstein, Clinton, Obama ... and Bake!
