18. where is Parnell in Alaska? He is suing the health care thing because
and I kid you not, the legal issues are more important than getting people health care. he truly said that.

3. I wish they had all 50 governors evaluated instead of just the top ten.
And have the best 10 governors list.

14. Depends upon what your definition of "good" is.
http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2009/01/obama-team-feel.html

Then again, Romney's campaign contributors worked on Boston's "Big Dig"--and that project killed a woman. Guess who Romney got to inspect the project after that fatal accident? The same contractor contributors who built it. But, I digress.

Probably a lot of politicians do similar things with/for their contributors. Most corporations don't contribute purely out of the goodness of their hearts. But all politicians don't get vetted for cabinet positions. Richardson did.

6. I disagree with putting Gov. Bill Richardson on that list.
I suppose they had to put a couple of Dems on the list in order to show that they are objective, but while I don't agree with Richardson on everything, calling him one of the worst ten is quite a stretch IMO.

10. An attack by CREW should help Jindal immensely
If I was a conservative politician in a Red state, I would wear it as a badge of honor.

15. Some would disagree
Most of their legal complaints target members of Congress, but "all but a handful of its complaints against Members of Congress have targeted Republicans" (of those few complaints against Democrats, almost all are against conservative Democrats or Democrats that take conservative positions on issues like abortion and the Iraq War).<3> A January 2008 article in Roll Call points out that CREW attacks "groups and individuals who are the foes of CREW's donors" as well as a political opponent of one of CREW's board directors.<3> The article also reveals that CREW refuses to disclose its donor list.<3> Donors to CREW include such liberal groups as George Soros' Open Society Institute, Democracy Alliance, Service Employees International Union, the Arca Foundation, and the Gill Foundation.

I don't care what they say they are - if you can show me that they are even handed in their actions and criticisms then I will retract my statement.

11. That rat bastard Pawlenty isn't on it?
That's insane. He destroyed this state and has killed many people with his cruel policies. The 13 people who died at the 35W bridge collapse, to name just a few.

12. First, why does AP call CREW a liberal organization? To pretend that bias is the reason most of
those on the list of lousy, corrupt Governors are Republican?

CREW is not even a Democratic organization, let alone a liberal organization.

From the "About" Page of the CREW website:

"About CREW
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting ethics and accountability in government and public life by targeting government officials -- regardless of party affiliation -- who sacrifice the common good to special interests."

http://www.citizensforethics.org/about

Repukes did the same with ACORN, too, even that also was a non-partisan organization.

I guess ethics and accountability have a liberal bias. Voting, as well.
