Democrat Wins in NH
Source: The Union Leader

“Bob Perry's victory tonight is a complete and total rejection of Republican House Speaker Bill O'Brien's reckless job-killing agenda,” said New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Raymond Buckley. “In a historically Republican district, New Hampshire voters turned out in the middle of summer to send a loud and clear message to the out-of-control Republican majority. Its relentless attempts to make cigarettes cheaper but college more expensive, slash women's health care, and kill jobs by taxing hospitals must stop immediately. “

New Hampshire begins the process of bringing sanity back to its State House.

With no recall available, we wait for them to fall or for 2012... and so this special election - to replace the crary Mr. Harty, who suggested the folks who were a drag on his taxes should be shipped to Siberia.

58% of the voters told the FreeStater posing as a Republican to just go away. Go away, now.

"Democrat Bob Perry has won a special election held Tuesday to fill a vacant New Hampshire House seat"

5. Good for them.
Hopefully more people start to wake up and realize that the repub's don't have the people's best interests at heart.

They are the job killers. They're so stereotypically like the archtype villians you see in cartoons, that it's a wonder why so many people still take them seriously.

8. Yeeeeaaayyyyyyy! Once, neo theo churches were encouraging members to move to NH to turn it all red.
I saw some who did move being interviewed. I don't know how many actually did that, but every blue victory in NH is especially gratifying to me.

Maybe we Democrats should start moving into Maine? What with global warming, you won't regret it come summer.

19. I sure hope this is a sign of things to come. NH has been crazy lately.
It has historically been Republican. But the insanity coming out of Concord in the past year has been so different. It's as though the really dumb people at the corner store who mouth off about politics and spout ridiculously simplistic views of how to fix it all, have suddenly been put in charge!
