Body of Halliburton worker identified as that of California man
Associated Press

The fourth body found near an attack on a fuel convoy in Iraq earlier this month was a contract worker for Houston-based Halliburton Co., the company said today.

Tony Johnson, 47, of Riverside, Calif., "exhibited bravery, diligence and strength in his work. We grieve for his family's loss and the pain we all feel because of his unfinished life," Halliburton said in a statement.

Johnson was among seven employees of Halliburton subsidiary KBR, formerly known as Kellogg, Brown & Root, missing since an April 9 attack on their convoy west of Baghdad. His body was among four found near the site of the attack, said company spokeswoman Wendy Hall.

Identities of three of those bodies were confirmed last week: Stephen Hulett, 48, of Manistee, Mich.; Jack Montague, 52, of Pittsburg, Ill.; and Jeffery Parker, 45, of Lake Charles, La.

1. Halliburton puts out a story on their dead in Iraq every couple of hours
I hate how Halliburton is hiding their thievery behind the dead bodies of Americans. They think public sympathy is softening for their company because of these stories.

It just makes me sick.

4. Dick Cheney's Halliburton
I think every news story about Halliburton should have a reference to that extraordinary, corrupt relationship.
