WIGGINS, Miss. -- A contract worker for the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been accused of trying to use the offer of hurricane relief money to coerce a woman into having sex.

The Tennessee man is being held on an attempted rape charge while police in Mississippi investigate whether there are other possible victims.

A sheriff's investigator said authorities believe Frank Cole "used FEMA money for power." And the investigator said other victims may be afraid of coming forward out of fear that they'll lose their government disaster help.
