The Whitehouse declared emergency in the WRONG parishes!!

Fri. Aug. 26 the Whitehouse authorized the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA, to coordinate all disaster relief efforts for Louisiana.
They then listed all the Louisiana Parishes affected.

NONE OF THEM WERE THE ENDANGERED PARISHES!

They comprise the top part of the "boot" shape of Louisiana.
None are in the "foot" part.

Sun. Aug. 28 Gov. Blanco requested aid and listed the correct parishes.

Mon. Aug 29 the Whitehouse posted a correct list of affected parishes.


Could this mean that FEMA had prepared everything to aid the unaffected parishes and had to change plans at the last minute?

This is some hell of a question that must demand answers... there should be plenty of people to verify whether FEMA aided them first, and maybe the fact that FEMA sent the wrong kits too should be mentioned... Who got these wrong kits at first? Maybe the LEAST effected parishes??? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'll be he was hoping she wouldn't notice the missing parishes so that he could say, "This broad's so dumb she didn't even put the aid where it was needed most. No wonder FEMA's is making mistakes left and right!"

And don't forget that bush wanted the governor to sign over the LA national guard to him--don't let that slip down your memory holes!

Caddo Parish (Shreveport) is next to Bossier City (Bossier parish). Twin cities.
