Over at Consortium News Parry has been launching a sustained assualt on the Washington Post which may as well be directly run by the Governement. WHile I disagree with him about the role of the Paper during Watergate, these articles are good reading.

Yes and he didn't even mention the parralels btw. Bob Woodwards Naval Intel briefings for Al Haig (1969) inside Whitehouse and Al Haigs later tender moments alone with Nixon and Jim Beam (1973) after Halderman was gone, and there was no USC protection* (my apologies to the universe) Yes thats right folks many are unaware of Bob Woodward's Naval Intel background.. For romantics out there it is also worth noting that Woodward is also Yale Scull and Bones (1966).
