been a positive attribute for law firms????

1. Market share has always been a benchmark...for any corporation.
American Airlines lost money on almost every ticket the sold out of O'Hare for years...all to preserve their precious "market share".

4. Law firms are no longer corporations?
Granted, some may be LLPs, but most enjoy some sort of corporate personhood.
