Being one of the most hated people on Earth would probably bug any sane person, but Shrubs laughs all the way to the bank and don't discuss it! Like when the guy in England ask him about being hated, while on his UK vacation!

5. Yes, it's excellent. Wish the title was a bit less inflammatory.

This book is so well executed that every moderate/undecided in the country should read it; unfortunately, I think the title will put them off. Hope I'm wrong because this one would change minds.

I believe it's a parody of the right-wing pundits screed against anybody that speaks against the administrations policies. The book is obviously not about "hate" per se but a discussion of policy.

The title is ironic, like "Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them". Of course the nuances of irony are lost on the terminally outraged.
