3. It Is FanTAStic! Go for it!
The dude is a NIXON goon, the creator of "the Southern Strategy" (our bane for lo, these 30 years), and NOW this dude sez he is NOT a REPUKE ANYMORE, that' he's an INDEPENDENT. And, he is more devastating against the Bushes than any of us could be.

5. Read it!
My husband just finished it and it made him really angry. He says it
surpassed even his worst fears, but was well worth it-it gave him
a lot of ammunition in his veteran's group discussions when all the
loyal Bushies started defending the present occupant of the White House.
I'm going to start reading it tonight.

6. Excellent but thoroughly disturbing
I am working through this one now.

If you think just two generations of Bushes are disturbing enough -- just wait until you see them in their wider multi-generational context! And this is not a book written by a partisan, but by a mainstream historian with ties to traditional conservative Republicans!

Jeez -- even some stuff that I have been skeptical about, or thought was maybe a bit far out -- is examined and given creedence in this work. Um, did someone say "the Bay of Pigs thing?"

Of all the books that examine the Bush administration and our contemporary times, this is by far the most in depth and most condemning.

7. Way too much inbreeding and mental instability in this family
SICK, SICK people for many generations. Usually you have a few winners scattered around the family tree. Not in this crowd.
