Now that Condi is going to testify, have a bottle ready and drink every time she perjures herself.

On second thought, have a couple of bottles ready.

somebody mentions Richard Clarke
someone says "nine-eleven"

2. If those are the rules, you might be better off buying a dozen of bottles

I don't think a couple of bottles of alcohol will do...

And maybe take off the next day. You are probably still way over the limit for driving.

one drink of a drink (1-2oz of beer/mixed drink)

still could go through a case pretty quickly

5. oh, I guess I played it wrong when Bush gave his State of the Union

whenever he mentioned terrorism, UBL, Iraq, etc.

That might explain my headache the day after

I didn't drink and I still had a terrible headache the next day, probably from slapping my forehead every time he said something stupid.
