When she told the commission today that there was no plan given to her by Richard Clarke early on in the administration about threats from Al Queda, and was corrected, she said they were "actionable outlines."


Well, no, that wasn't it; it was the historical document he gave her which focused "entirely on threats from outside the United States, not from within." When asked the title of this "historical document," what do you think it was?


"BIN LADIN DETERMINED AN ATTACK INSIDE THE UNITED STATES."
