Shouldn't There Be a Soldier to Go With The Uniform This Iraqi Is Holding?
I mean WTF is going on there? The Pentagon said one Iraqi and one US soldier were killed in that convoy attack this morning. Do they take the soldier away and leave his stuff for the Iraqis? Anyone know?

5. If US soldiers were to come across that boy
they would be perfectly justified in killing him. According to the Geneva convention, anyone can become a combattant the moment they pick up a gun.

3. Maybe the uniforms were supplies from the convoy?
Who knows if anything we hear is the truth anymore?

6. Keep an eye on the 'angry crowd' shots lately...
...you start to notice a lot of Iraqis wearing US issue-looking flak jackets, ammo belts, etc.

I don't imagine they are finding them in the trash...

Also, I don't imagine it's easy to field strip a soldier of his equipment under an attack from the air. Ergo, there probably hasn't been much close air support (as others have pointed out).
