So far, the torture photos from Abu Ghraif have gone from worse to even worse than that. We started with Lynndie pointing at an Iraqi man masturbating, and this morning Lynndie taking an Iraqi for a walk was on Page 1 of my local newspaper. The Fayettenam Observer is as pro-military as they come, and to see Lynndie even on Page 6B (the obituary page) is a shock.

We've gone from abject humiliation to beatings.

So when does the first allegation of prisoner rape in Abu Ghraif surface?

I'm not looking forward to it, understand that now. I also know that if it comes out, we're fucked (pun not intended) both in Iraq and in the United States.

I think that if it turns out the United States military decided a rape room was a terrible thing to waste, Bush's head will be bouncing down the Capitol steps by nightfall. The Dems will file articles of impeachment that morning against the entire cabal and the Republicans, too shaken to defend the Boy King, will join in.

4. I'm not holding my breath

....waiting for impeachment. So far, these fucks have been the masters of misdirection. I do think they will have a hard time blaming this one on the Clenis. I just seem to have gotten my hopes up for impending doom for this maladministration too many times only to watch it fizzle and die.

I wish these tortures had never happened. I would never wish that kind of abuse on anyone, even if it meant toppling this cabal. However, that ship has sailed, with boosh at the helm. Now all we can do is hope for the end of these fuckers once and for all.
