The Psychological "Softening Up" Of America
Edited on Mon May-10-04 07:27 AM by RBHam
As we all should have figured out by now, the Bush regime is complicit in 9-11. It seems to me that they at least let it happen on purpose, or most likely, with specialized Black Ops involvement and the active participation of a few top officials in the National Security apparatus. Most of the research has been done, and even the 9-11 commission will struggle mightily with spinning their final report. The last straw for many people, I found out from friends on the net, was the following story from the Saturday, May 6 New York Times. Entitled "Tape of Air Traffic Controllers Made on 9/11 Was Destroyed", the following two paragraphs will give you the creeps:

"A quality-assurance manager at the center destroyed the tape several months after it was made, crushing the cassette in his hand, cutting the tape into little pieces and dropping them in different trash cans around the building, according to the report. The tape had been made under an agreement with the union that it would be destroyed after it was superseded by written statements from the controllers, the report said.

The quality-assurance manager told investigators that he had destroyed the tape because he thought making it was contrary to Federal Aviation Administration policy, which calls for written statements, and because he felt that the controllers "were not in the correct frame of mind to have properly consented to the taping" because of the stress of the day."

The Bush Junta, now in trouble on all directions with the prisoner abuse scandal (no matter how suspiciously leaked it has been, with the "radioactive ones" now in the Presidents office awaiting the President's decision to release them or not) and the Iraqi uprising, may be preparing to play its trump card. To have "Al CIAduh" or a related Black Ops unit detonate a "dirty bomb" that would spew radioactive fallout across an American or European city

Threat of 'Dirty Bomb' Growing, Officials Say

It's all starting to add up. The release of the photos causes a furor that distracts from the Bush Regime's engineering of 9-11 and the subsequent Endless War On An Abstract Verb, Bush will hold back the damaging ones and ride out a couple of months, and terror levels will be raised.

Enter, the 9-11 commmission's final report on June 30th. How brave will Richard Ben-Veniste or Bob Kerrey be? Will Lee Hamilton make up for his failure to nail George Sr during Iran/Contra and skewer his rapture-ennabling son Dubya?

July 4, 2004 would be a day the Bush Regime may believe the sheeple would buy as an evil Islamic "Untermenschen" attack. Revenge for those abuses! Americans would understand and buy that, of course. Americans know revenge.

If Bush Jr is behind in the polls at the time however, he may be forced to declare some form of martial law. This time, I think too many informed citizens will put up a major stink. Maybe, even a street rebellion of sorts. Thus, I see that Partiot Act II could be set loose upon the nation. With John Ashcroft deciding who are and who aren't "terrorist sympathizers" or "subversives". Who knows? Maybe he'll finally take away ALL of the medicinal pot from those poor unfortunate souls who need it to help them function .

And, just imagine. Maybe you're labelled a "left wing extremist" and are thrown into a prison or concentration camp. You don't think those horrid abuse photos won't be on your mind? Wouldn't you be ready to sign the first false confession they stick in front of you?

Ah, yes. it all starts to make sense now...

Goddamn their black hearts to hell! All I really want is to be wrong about this pattern I've seen since JFK was eliminated and the "Shadow Government" first started to sink their tendrils into the fabric of the nation. Dwight D Eisenhower's warning about the excesses of the military industrial complex have been completely forgotten it seems.

All I can pray for is that John Kerry's skull and bones connections can work out a deal that will allow the Bush Junta to lose the election with a tarnished dignity. Then Bush can pardon Cheney, Rummy, Wolfie, Myers, Negroponte, Paula Zahn and the rest of his cretinous menagerie that has done so much damage to the world's greatest Democracy and, by extension, to the world itself.

Only this time, Mr. Kerry, make sure this BFEE octupus has a lot more of its poisonous arms hacked off than the last time. Covering up Iran/Contra may have saved the office of the Presidency from a deep, dark stain - but the underlings scurried away to plan for another neo-conservative insurgency.

Meanwhile, keep an eye on the news. Watch CNN and note the patterns and the code words. Check out which commercials they run and when. If there is too much synchronicity between yet more bin Laden statements, "dirty bomb" warnings, more leaked torture photos, "Jesus? Yes or No?" commercials, Kobe and Michael's trials and shark attack stories....

We'll have a problem.

3. Hey RB, good to see you writing again...
We ARE entering rather scary territory. A territory filled with desperate, cornered animals, who will soon be so consumed with fear at their coming demise, they will undertake ANYTHING in an attempt to preserve themselves, and their regime.

One small thing gives me comfort though, and that is the large scale rebellion now occurring in the Pentagon, and elsewhere. I have a feeling, that were these fascist thugs to attempt some (more) black-ops, that there might be a "flag-officer" coup, as Al Martin and a few others predicted over a year ago.

How sweet that would be!, to see the entire administration "frog marched" out of our White House by some true patriots prepared to give their all to save the nation! If only....

Given Kerry's seeming "don't rock the boat too much" attitude, and his lack of a stated desire to bring these criminals to justice, a coup may be our only hope of truly cleaning out this nasty neocon infestation. If we don't put a stake through their hearts, they will rise again to put this nation in peril, so Kerry better start realizing that it will be his duty to put an end, once and for all, to their existence.

2. I swear, we're living in the X-Files
I remember how I used to scream at the telelvision week after week when Mulder and Scully would have the evidence, the tape, or disk, or whatever, ALWAYS only to have it taken away before the end of the episode.

I think I'm beyond screaming about this.

5. I believe Facism is here.
I think we are just starting to see if manifest and evolve. It's here and we are wasting time saying it's coming.
We have to call it what it is and that is very hard process.
All sides are in denial. Until we accept that Facism is here, we cannot do anything about it.

6. Meyer's and Rummy's veiled threat
Edited on Mon May-10-04 09:58 AM by chookie
Both guys acknowledged that the release of the photos was going to compromise the occupation of Iraq. They said that they had sought to keep the photos from being made public in order to keep the troops serving in the field safe, because the photos would cause outrage and motivate widespread redress of humiliated honor.

See? -- they were just trying to protect the troops, and us. Sure.

It is inevitable that violence against Americans will escalate, both on the battlefield and elsewhere. The Flying Monkeys will point to the release of the photos as the watershed of the war, when "we" lost it for them. They already consider "us" to be virtually enemy combatants, almost fully equivalent to Osama bin Laden et al -- as the war turns, this American-on-American hatred will intensify.

As things go badly, they will use it as an excuse to escalate repression at home. "Agitators" will be blamed for troop deaths in Iraq. *They* having been saying, "No more Viet Nams!" all along during this occupation -- except while we mean, "No more pointless quagmires" THEY mean, "We're gonna keep killing and dying no matter how pointless." They have believed all along that the antiwar movement was responsible for "losing" Viet Nam and for the subsequence loss of American prestige. They also hold the loss of Viet Nam, thanks to LIEbrals and peaceniks, as one of the roots of anti-American jihad -- i.e. our enemies think we are soft and have no resolve.

As for a terra attack on US this year -- I give it 50-50 odds. The spin is already prepared: if no attack, it is because the "popular wartime President" prevented them. If there is an attack, it demonstrates more than ever how much we need George W's resolve to use unbridled American military force.

8. Bush said, "This is a hard country to defend,"

(among many other hits)

Not only spin, not only duck and cover, but to me this is a blatant case of pre-emptive buck passing and blame deflection.

He'll say after the next attack, "See, I TOLD you we're hard to defend."

9. How clever
Earlier today I was contemplating how the Iraqi Torture photo's are doing a great job of deflecting the events that were so present in our minds just a few weeks ago....the 9-11 comission.

I was wondering what will come next to make us "forget" the Iraqi torture photo's.

Thank You for your post....it really makes sense. How the attack could be blamed as a retaliation in regards to the torture photo's. I don't believe it's going to help me to sleep better though. Let's hope somehow your wrong.
