The Cheney/Bush junta has no fear of judgement
at the polls. Even, alas, from judgement day.

Bush has his hand out for another $25 billion, and says Rumsfeld is doing a superb job. These are not the actions of a democratic government expecting a tough election in six months.

The character of these thugs is out of the closet. They've stolen your country and are raping another, and they're proud of it. They are not only untroubled by their crimes, but they are untroubled by the appearence of their crimes. In a viable democracy, Rumsfeld and Myers would be gone. Bush would cut them lose. He's not. And that's not a good sign for America, and the world.

1. They have no fear
because they have electronic voting.

2. That's the devastating truth.
They aren't afraid, they aren't ashamed. They are only mildly pissed that we found out about this, 'cause it means they have to spend a litle time making speeches and telling us to get over it.

I've said all along that these people do not act like people who have to face an election. They never have. We MUST understand that and act accordingly.

As you say, they don't even care about the appearance of corruption, because they fully believe there's not a damn thing anyone can do to stop them.

3. Chilling reality
You are right. The realization of this reality sinks in as this administration presses forward beyond the scope of consequence.

We are in grave danger here.
