when he gets it is very unnatural... seems to be trained by his handlers after his debates with Gore when he always looked smarmy with his snide little sneery smirks. So now he adopts this pursed lips look that goes for "pensive" but still happens in the pauses in his speech- the same place where he used to smirk. I haven't ever seen the range of pursed lips look dating prior to his presidency - hence I think it was trained.
