If all the generals are "accepting responsibility",
what will be their "punishment"?? Did any of the questioners ask that question??

Underlings are being court martialed, but are the higher-ups who are ultimately responsible being court martialed too??

The atmosphere that they set, allowed these things to happen.. The black eye that the US has, is directly related to the leadership..all the way up..

When will we find out about their punishment?? Will there be any??

In for a penny, in for a pound..

The guy who sits outside in the car, pretending to not know that his buddy is robbing the 7-11, gets prosecuted in a court of law as an accessory..

1. the only way to "accept responsibility" in this case
would be to voluntarily turn oneself in as a war criminal. this, of course, will never happen.
