who handles military ballots??

Is there any way that soldiers/sailors can be SURE their vote is accurately reported and recorded in their home state??

If there is indeed increasing anti-W sentiment in military, is there any guarantee non W votes will be recorded???

1. When I was overseas

I had to request an absentee ballot from my home county. It was all done through the US mail, the military had no involvment (other than handling the mail from the APO site to me).
