Single issue voters

Based on dedication to the single issue (meaning the number of people who get out the vote on the single issue alone), which single issues do you think are most powerful? I'm leaving out taxes/economy because there are so many variables/definitional terms. I'm trying to stick to American political dialectics.

I'd order the top two as follows:
1) Pro-life, anti-choice, whatever.
2) Pro-choice, pro-reproductive rights, whatever.

I think a real #3 is emerging: Anyone but Bush.

Their issues are the IWR and Patriot Act. Anyone that supported those issues or supports anyone who supported them is now called a "neocon" and supporter of "bloody handed war criminals."

Regardless of their position on any other issue or issues.
