Seriously, they are basing it on photos from an overhead crash in a field with no obstructions to the one at the pentagon all from the same low angle and from the same side and all with something else in the picture.

I work in a building about 1 mile distant on the 10th floor and I know people I work with that saw the plane hit the building.
