Cheney and Energy Task Force
Edited on Mon Jun-07-04 06:58 PM by burythehatchet
Given all the revelations that have surfaced in past year, for example Cheney's Halliburton conflicts of interest, is it even possible for the task force minutes, (not just the attendees), not to be made public?

Can SCOTUS possibly rule that they should stay secret?

I have long believed that the task force is the nexus of most of the criminal activity undertaken by this gang

in any way, shape or form to rule against this administration...after all they put him in there. They've been bought and paid for.

2. The Supreme Court normally errs on the side of the Government aka...
their hunting pals.

3. Can and WILL! Who's gonna force them to do the right, legal thing?
Scalia appointed the guy president (Prick Cheney) - and he'll do whatever he's gotta do to protect his man. Law and/or the Constitutionhas NOTHING to do with it whatsoever. (as Scalia will no doubt one day confess to a approving/giggling right wing function!)

4. See I think that the public sentiment will be too strong
and, if the case can be made that its part of a criminal investigation.....
