2,000 missing pages!!!!

It has been over two weeks and they have not been delivered.
Why can't one of the Senators send over someone to pick those up?

I am not an attorney but this is starting to border on obstruction of Justice, isn't it?

1. Not turning them over in the first place was obstruction. No matter how

you define 'oversight' or whatever, it doesn't include 2000 pages of documents.

I read that the DOD made the excuse that they forgot to copy off 2K pages and that they would copy them and send them over.

I believe that the Prison Torture situation could lead to a Constitutional crises. Now with Asscrack refusing to turn over memo and refusing to answer quesitons it is getting to a stage where once again the quesiton is "What did the Pres. know and when did he know it." Same with the Plame Outing. My guess: There is a document that the Pres. signed approving of torture. That could lead to High Crimes, specifically sanctioning War Crimes.
