"that 'criminal statutes infring on the President's ultimate authority' "
This is from the memo from Bush*'s lawyers. I have never read anything more scary as an American. They are saying the President is above the law. What else does that mean than Dictator?

4. infring
Even if the word was infringing that means that he is hampered by the law, not excluded from law.

7. That's the problem -- from the viewpoint of the Bush gang
and it is revealing to read.

Did Bush not promise to "bring honor and integrity back to the WH"?

8. There ya have it
And these people that wrote this memo are lawyers? Talk about twisting words to justify illegal actions.

Well, we shall see how the King fairs when he meets the "real" power, WE THE PEOPLE.

10. Gee, Republicans already forgot the Supreme Court ruling
regarding Paula Jones's civil suit against a sitting President. The decision was that Jones's suit couldn't even be delayed because that would make the president above the law.

"In May 1997, the Supreme Court dismissed Clinton's attempt to delay the trial until he leaves office. The court said it was unlikely the case would burden Clinton's time."
