Bigger than Harry Potter
Clinton's book is bigger than Harry Potter. No book has ever sold like "My Life".

Just wait till Bush comes out with his coloring book, which will sell like hotcakes among 5-to-7 year olds. It won't have any big words because Bush is afraid he might have to read it out loud.

1. Has anyone heard the parody song about it?
There was a parody to some Billy Joel or Bruce Springsteen song about Clinton's book on the radio this morning. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I knew the original song but can't place it.

2. I wanted to buy that coloring book, but it was EIGHT BUCKS!
That was before shipping, too. Too much to pay for a 24 page coloring book, IMO.

3. ummm did you read teh article you posted?
<snip>
"But opening say sales of the Bill Clinton book still sold about a third of total sales of Harry Potter on its first day," Dahlman said.
</snip>

also:

<snip>
sales of the audio edition of the book were "also nearing what we saw of sales of the Harry Potter audio editions."
</snip>

this is not "bigger than Harry Potter" by any stretch. But it is very very impressive for non-fiction.
