Kerry in Ohio: I would have gone to MODERATE Muslims to work with them
and ISOLATE terrorists instead of TERRORISTS isolating us!!!!!
That was an excellent point.

1. I agree with Kerry strongly on this.
This is the right approach.

2. Absolutely
and one I hope he echoes in his speech Thursday.

He'll win that constituency if he keeps making this point (Muslims went heavy for Bush in 2000) and that is another one of those 'every little bit helps' thinggs he must have/get/do to win in November.

15. Absolutely!
Besides getting Muslims to vote Dem, it makes sense on a global scale. We must make moderate/progressive Muslims our partners in battling fundamentalist terrorists, who are a threat to Islam as well as a threat to the US.

3. saying 'terrorists' instead of 'war on terror' is supposed to be
the best way to reframe the whole issue. bush uses war on terror frame, which makes him a war prez. . .

using 'terrorists' is better - there are thousands of terrorists but hundreds of millions of US citizens. Using this word puts the whole issue in a better light for Kerry.

This is what the guest on NOW said - can't recall his name but he is the Framing Guru for our side! Prof at UC Berkeley (I think)

4. I've been listening to Kerry for a while now and

he's been doing great! Getting the points across.

SAys it will be possible for Americans to buy into Congress' medical health plans.

Someone needs to give him some water, though! Ah, there it is!

Now talking about judges..said something Potter Stewert said about what a good judge is. You can't tell when a judge gives an opinion whether they are man or woman, conservative or Liberal, or what religion.

5. Did you just see him accept a bottle of water?
His throat got dry and he was coughing. So, a nurse in the crowd gave him some bottled water. It reminded me of how Bush couldn't even accept a little pie from an Amish kid last week.

This is such great coverage today for Kerry. He's so relaxed and speaks so well off the cuff. And then soon Franken will be on (as you posted about) in the Wellstone program.

11. he is best speaking directly to the people
he is very good with voters who have problems and want answers just asking him what he can do to make things better for them.

14. In Florida and all over the Country the Kerry campaign
has literally thousands of lawyers trying to make sure the elections are held fairly. And all the votes get cast, and counted!
