I loved all of the signs you guys took to protest Cheney.I love the fact that you guys went out to protest Cheney. Were you in some FREE SPEECH ZONE away from Cheney's view, or did he have to drive by directly through your signs and got to see them all? My heart resonated with the "Proud to be a Liberal American" sign ... George Herbert Walker Bush made the word Liberal a dirty, sinful word in l988 when he was going after Michael Dukakis. I also loved the, "Be a Patriot get rid of Bush" sign.

You Go Guys! America loves you (and I do too) for your courage to exercise your constitutionally given right: FREEDOM OF SPEECH!

in Tucson, basically in a pretty big commercial area, Cheney's speech was many miles away at the fairgrounds which you could only get into if you paid for it so obviously....

For those not in Tucson anymore but familiar with it or lived in it yes this is near the Tucson mall, North Oracle, near River Rd.

holding up the sign that said "be a patriot, get rid of bush" sign. To tell you the truth, I went there unarmed, but someone just threw that sign on the ground and left the protest...so I picked it up and called it my own. Got to love second-hand protest signs! Conserved paper and helped the environment! lol

It was lots of fun and Sammy, your set up was great! I heard everything everyone said in the mic. :)

My sister and her husband are optometrists in Tucson...I've been on that stretch of road before!! Dang I should have visited them while this protest was going down. It looked awesome, its good to know that Arizona isn't solid Republican territory.
