CIA Stansfield Turner testifying on C SPAN and tv cuts off
I have DSL and this is not the first time this has happened when
something "juicy" is being said.

He's former CIA director and was just saying something to the effect
that improper investigations have been done of things like Iran Contra, and Watergate and .... bingo- the tv went black....

If it was the only time it has happened I wouldn't think anything of it, but -

no storm - outside - and underground wires - now what do you make of that?
