Alex Jones And Henry Makow
Hey, does anybody know much about these two guys?! I stumbled across infowars.com today. Has anyone been to Alex's site or heard his show?

1. I check out Alex Jones' site occasionally. It's basically far right
conspiracy theory stuff, but occasionally has some fun conspiratorial info. Some of his stuff overlaps with leftwing conpiracy theory, such as 9/11 cover-up articles. He's very anti-Bush though. The best part of his site are his stories on how he infiltrated the Bohemian Grove fest.

2. he lives here in austin....
...and he's a regular fixture on local access TV. he's got some good info on LIHOP, etc. he is a little over the edge, though, so the mainstream doesn't really give him any credibility. he does, however, have a big following here in austin and he got a radio show within the last couple years and i assume it's still on the air.

3. I've met Alex Jones a few times

I've also listened to him quite a bit as well.
He helped get the anti-patriot act measure passed in Austin.

He's a hardcore constitutional type, a big supporter of the bill of rights. Some people don't like him because he is pretty
exciteable or because he is libertarian. But he is one
of the libertarian types that sees the big picture in terms
of how the politicians are servants of the corporate elite.

I had never heard about either of them until today, but their sites are interesting. P.S. I e-mailed Henry today regarding his choice for the upcoming election, and the reply was basically, "Don't vote for either of them - it just encourages them". Lol. I thought that was pretty funny.
