Who said "A war to end all war"?
I am writing a thesis and looking for the attribution of the phrase:

WWI was the "war to end all war"....do any of you know exactly where that quote came from? or who gets the attribution?

Thanks a lot.

1. The correct form is...
The war to end all wars. I always thought it was Kipling.
