29. Absolutely. Probably the only option after pardons are given out.
Once Junior issues pardons for all his co-conspirators, our 'Justice System' will be made unable to deal with these issues domestically. That's the 'firewall' against international prosecution. (International courts, by treaty and equitable understanding, are a court of last resort.)

Thus, the very pardons he issues will make it necessary to have a prosecution and trial by international courts to achieve any kind of justice. (I won't hold my breath, however.)

This was clearly illegal, and punishing Delay for masterminding it would partly cure the wrong they've done.

13. Reinstitute the "Fairness doctrine"
The rise of Talk Radio and with it the rise of the Rigfht wing "Echo chamber" that drives our national discourse is directly related to the lapse of the fairness doctrine.

Imagine a country where partisan rhetoric is tamped down in favor of an actual discussion of the issues.

Offer no interviews, no off the record phone calls, and no questions at press conferences. Only allow reporters who are fair to have access.

23. Remove the false, stupid concept of "Corporate Personhood"

It is the one thing that has allowed big money to take over the system. And at the same time make it a felony for any politician to accept campaign contributions from anyone, or for anyone to offer campaign contributions, while instituting public funding of elections.

Alternative:
Make all public offices elected for a life term. Then each year hold an election to see if we'll let them live another year. I guarantee no more political corruption.

If guilty, execute him. If not, we don't.

I'd like to see the idea of a fair trial make a comeback. I despise Osama, but even HE deserves his day in court.

31. I agree with everyone especially about the truth about 9/11 AND:
I'd like to see almost every on air "personality" (journalist my ASS) fired and penniless with plenty of time to think about what a shitty job they did for their country, especially the entire crew of CNN, all of FOX except Geraldo (sorry it's a freaky love), Chris Matthews, Scarbourgh, and Keith Olberhman with a nightly national news show on Broadcast TV.
