So We Invaded A Country that Couldn't Defend Itself?
Saddam's ambassador to the UN kept telling people they had no weapons of mass destruction. How about that - he was telling the truth.

The inspectors kept saying they could find no sign of weapons, either.

But we invaded anyway. We invaded even when the whole rest of the world thought we were wrong.

Saddam was just a paper tiger. He was bluffing so his neighbors would think he was too dangerous for them to attack. He was worried about being attacked by Iran.

But we were in a hurry. We had troops all just sitting there costing us money. We couldn't keep them there forever.

And Donald Rumsfeld was dying to show off his new "shock and awe" operation.

This whole administration belongs in prison.

5. I know I have always thought that...
Make it so a country is not ALLOWED to have big weapons, and then start a war with them. That is some trick isn't it. So awful. I feel like I maybe headed to hell (if there was one) just for being a citizen of a country that has done what we have done.
