Republicans and the Constitution
What is it with the Republicans that they do not know what the Constitution says? First, Bush tried to talk about the Constitution and did not know what he was saying and then one of the Republican candidates for Congress says the Constitution that we have to defend the country at the expense of the rights of people. At first he tried to say that the First Amendment said that and then he said it was in the first part of the Constitution.

1. Jesus, even that idiot Scalia fucked it up the other day
He was talking about the 4th Amendment, and said something about "unnecessary search and seizure."

:wtf:

It talks about UNREASONABLE search and seizure. What a dumbass. Amazing that *I* seem to be more familiar with the U.S. Constitution than that jackass.
