Global boycott of Sincliar advertisers?
Think it is possible? Many of the larger companies that advertise on Sinclair still seem to think this is just like any other protest, they don't seem to realize how passionate we are because quite literally the world is at stake in this election. Millions all over the world opposed Bush, can we still harness that energy somehow? We can't possibly get all companies but we can send a major message if we focus on one particularly offensive multi-national. If a large company lost a chunk of it's stock value, They would all be forced to pay attention even more so Sinclair' stock plummetting. Should we pick a victim and launch an international effort here or is this just political thuggery? I would love to see it happen...globalization is the future I'm told, it must be true, corporate america keep telling me that...

3. i JUST got this forwarded e-mail from my sister:
Hope it's okay to post this here.

"Hey everyone, Send a mass email to these companies asking them to pull advertisements from Sinclair broadcasting because of thier decision to air the Anti-Kerry film "Stolen Honor, wounds that never heal" right before the election. So far 110 advertisers have pulled ads and growing... I left a sample letter at the bottom of this email:

Dear Sirs,

Sinclair has foolishly decided to alienate 50% of its viewers by
showing an Anti-Kerry film days before the election. The backlash to this partisan action is mounting. I ask you to please withdraw your
advertisements from Sinclair, or else I will be forced to boycott your company."

4. Stupid question....How do we do that?
Do I have to type all those addresses in my address book one at a time?
Is there a way to copy and paste them in as a group?
Sorry, but I've only sent a few emails at a time.
