Are the electronic voting machines in more blue states/counties?

I just saw a report on CNN this afternoon about electronic voting, and they referenced a map of counties using electronic systems. It wasn't on screen for more than 5-10 seconds or so, but it looked like alot more of the traditional blue states and battleground states were using e-voting. The middle of the country- the solid red states- looked almost completely untouched, save for a few islands here and there- counties, not states.

I'm sure someone must've broken this down, but I'm not sure where I can find a map like this.

When our Nevada Secretary of State was making the decision to go with Sequoia or Diebold last Oct/Nov., guess who flew in to Reno with Bush and had a nice little quiet meeting at a Reno hotel near the Reno airport? Rove and they met with top Repukes and top state Repukes. Guess what our SOS is? A freaking Repuke. I heard this was to help them plan the upcoming Repulican Presidential state election...and these people wonder why conspiracy theories happen. And, Rove is from Reno, family lives there. Blue and electronically tatooed.
