2. I don't think so.
Too much could go wrong and Bushco cannot control the events. If the insurgents have taken the time to prepare defensively, the U.S. would need at least a 2 to 1 advantage in manpower which they are trying to muster with the redeployment of U.K. troops. I think Repukes prefer sure things. Fallujah is not one of them. Remember, time is on their side, not ours.
