Prediction of how many votes will be cast this year?
In 2000, a little over 100,000,000 votes were cast. How many voters do you think will vote this year, considering the tidal wave of new voters that have been registered?

4. It was about 105.5 million in 2000
And it will be over 120 million this year . . . a sea of humanity producing a tidal wave that will carry John Kerry to a clear victory.

6. Millions won't get to vote
because the lines will be too long and they can't wait, or the polls will close before they can get there.

I do NOT understand why the polls close so early!
