No such legal thing as a concession
if he has more Ohio votes than W, he's the next president. Concessions are meaningless and have no legal bearing on anything related to the electoral process.

6. I'm not sure...
But I am confident that Americans will not sit back and let this happen.

I'll bet anything there are more investigations into this LIEbold situation than we'll ever know about.

And I think that in the end, Bush and Cheney will be booted. If the honest to God results are undercovered, Kerry will be shown to be the true winner.

7. He'll have conceded the election before accepting victory
and freeps will use it as an example of flip-flopping, a la " he voted for the war before he voted against it."

23. Let them whine about flip-flopping President-elect Kerry
it's just that that whole meme would never ever disappear, and Kerry wouldn't have had a helping hand in any other branch either. It's incredible (in the strict literal sense of the word) how sheeple will remember things like "flip-flops" and obscure rivers in Vietnam, but ignore such things as "Osama = #1 priority. Must kill Osama." to "he's not that important ... Saddam did it!!!" I've met such people ... having lived in Georgia, and I am related some of these folks. I didn't know what kind of widespread bigotry and ignorance existed in this country until I saw a roadside sign in rural northern GA right after Abu Ghraib broke saying "screw the Iraqi jailbirds." I had inklings of it when I was in a Martin Luther King march in Atlanta years ago, and we were opposed on the street by the KKK and fundies screaming about how we're going to hell for supporting MLK. WTF?

8. This REALLY may not be over yet.
I have been feeling that its been a little too quiet since the impossible was announced. I think the big show is about to start. OHIO MAY GO BLUE yet. OR FLA. Hold on everybody.

18. BUT THE PEOPLE CHOOSE
You can't give the guy who came in second the prize. If Kerry passes it goes to EDWARDS.
