Bush Press Conference - He Has NO ACCENT

Watching coverage of it now on the Newshour. He does not use the phony TX accent in DC. He must assume his RED voters would never watch a press conference or he would lay it on thick like he does in campaigning. Those RED idiots are not smart enough to see what a lying phony he is.

he does not need to pander anymore. I expect him to drop all pretenses. I would not be at all surprised if he started showing up in all different manner of gold braided uniforms ala Idi Amin.

Never mind that "I'm in the top 5% of the population for fitness" facade for the TV cameras. He's going to stuff himself with fatty foods, and that potbelly he's gained since the spring (I'm not buying that "knee injury" scenario!) is going to expand until it cascades over his fake cowboy belt.

By 2008 he will look like Jabba the Hutt.
