Clinton /Clark it will be so
I can't wait for this.

Run another liberal, forget the fundies.
54(Kerry)-44(Shrub) Youth vote.
The future is ours, not theirs.

1. What makes you think
Fundies are more willing to vote for a woman over a presumed liberal?

10. But why encourage it?
Seems pretty stupid, if you ask me. Not to mention that I see no real evidence that Hilary is a real liberal--don't get me wrong--she's my senator, and I voted for her happily, but what has she ever done to prove that she's some great liberal force? Honestly, her husband sure wasn't...

She did speak out against welfare reform--I'll give her that much.

40. For those who think that Kerry suffered a "Karl Rove Hit Job"...
...they need to realize THIS:

Karl Rove will spend the next four years preparing for the "possibility" of a Hillary Clinton candidacy. Any Democrat who says "I might be interested in running" goes on the watch / smear list. Hillary's already on the list. No one in TeamBush is giving John Edwards a thought. Beyond that, it's anyone's guess.

ANY piece of dirt...AND unflattering news footage (like her very evident disinterest and disgust during Bush's State of the Union address) will be carefully filed away and dragged out in time to BURY her with it.

IF...Hillary is 100% clean and "baggage free," put her on the ticket. If not, realize that Bill Frist was one of the first people to step up after Bush's "victory" and express interest in running in 2008.

I love Big Dog as much as anyone else. Unless our world RADICALLY changes in the next four years (or Rove has a fatal heart attack), two words for a Hillary ticket: BIG MISTAKE...unless she has a HARD-HITTING, BRUTAL strategy to go up against THIS asshole:

37. Hmm... perhaps
the OP's antagonistic response to anyone who diagrees with him/her. I too, am looking forward to 2008. I just don't think that another Clinton is the best way to go. I am being polite and respectful, no? And certainly more polite and respectful than the OP.

Nice way to throw cold water on someone, eh? Nice way to ridicule. Perhaps such antagonistic comments are better directed towards the enemy.

19. Hillary = Party Suicide
She is hated more than she is loved.

We need to be working together to create somebody electable, not pulling out controversial figures from the past who bring up visions of Whitewater, the travel scandal, and Monica's blue dress. Not to mention the fact that she alienated so many NY Progressives by supporting the war.

If Hillary is on the ticket, we lose the center and the far left. :(

33. Hillary and Wes are unelectible
Hillary will motivate the Repuke base more than Karl Rove ever could. Wes has held no political office and is not in a position right now to do so. Maybe if he runs for Arkansas governor in 2006 and wins, can he make a clain for the Dem Prez nomination.
