Karl Rove was 'very angry' at exit polls
Rove on Fox a moment ago, indignant when the exit polls came in showing Kerry with a significant lead. Said he knew it wasn't true.

10. when the polls were showing a Kerry win shrub made an unprecedented
visit with the media...was that a signal to fix the vote? I think it was..then....Jeb calls and says...wait a minute Florida has good news..and the rest is history.

Rove is fair game... come on you investigators...do your thing.

13. Just like last time
When all the networks called it for Gore.

But, OOOPS, now it's "too close to call."

27. Not totally unprecedented, he did the same thing in 2000
when they called FL for Gore, no sooner had he done that and FL became "too close to call".

When it happened again in '04, I began to think it was a signal.

14. We really need to neutralize Rove's political effectiveness

I agree with this writer:

KARL ROVE: THE KING OF DIRT
By Wayne Madsen
(Special to From The Wilderness)

December 5, 2003 100 PDT (FTW) -- After many years as a privacy advocate and author of privacy books, I now reluctantly believe that there's one citizen of the United States who is not entitled to any privacy or solitude, but should be subjected to a relentless campaign of intimidation, harassment, and knavery. In other words, patriotic Americans who believe in fair play should -- within the bounds of the law -- make this person's life a living hell.

The target for such a campaign is Karl Rove, George W. Bush's political Svengali, and the chief instigator of character assassination campaigns against those who challenge the policies of the Bush administration.

18. For now, I would suggest that we continue to collect info on him,
Edited on Sun Nov-07-04 10:12 AM by Ewan I Bushwackers
his family, his background, and ALL OF HIS CONNECTIONS. Post it on the "Karl Rove's Personal Life Thread", keeping it alive until we have enough info and interested people. Add your thoughts/ideas as they occur to you.

Any time you see Rove's name mentioned on DU, provide a link to the above thread.

And I highly recommend that you read Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" in the interim. Alinsky is considered the father of community organizing, and he was able to think up all sorts of clever, inexpensive ways for "the People"--including poor people--to successfully exercise political power against scum like Rove.

It's a VERY fast read.

And Rove badly needs to experience Alinsky-style activism.

26. Vanity Fair October 2004

Has a special investigative report. It is a must read, especially now that the election is over.

I have the book, I just don't know how to scan it in and insert it in DU.

I've got some work to do around the house but if someone can tell me, I can do it later.

Note: One important thing, I have been trying to find the part, I thought it was in this issue of Vanity Fair, that talks about KKKarl and Lee Atwater.

I will summarize as I remember it,"Karl Rove was trained by Lee Atwater to do dirty tricks in politics. Many of their operatives all over America, especially in the South, know exactly how to play the dirty trick to win elections. Karl does not have to tell anybody anything. His hands remain clean because they act alone."

When I saw this election fraud, that struck me. Some people have said,"Who is giving the directions? This could not have happened because somebody would talk and say who told them to do it." -NOT

They have a code that makes the Mafia look like child's play

24. Yeah,because he KNEW people would question the one in OHIO..
Funny, the exit poll that was done in Kansas was about right on the money and that was with only 600 polled. Nearly 2,000 were exit polled in Ohio and it showed Kerry with a 52/48 lead over Bush....well,until CNN changed the numbers at 1:41 AM.

25. URGENT! Contact Cam Kerry!!!!
Edited on Sun Nov-07-04 02:24 PM by EarlG
Just got this in my email from DC lawyer Cynthia Butler. This is a listserv post that needs wide distribution.

I am angry and getting emails and recrimination from people
wondering why KERRY just caved and is not fighting this before the final count in Ohio, before any of the fraud was challenged, before New Mexico and Iowa even came in.
There is widespread feeling that he did not lose the election and that it was taken from him.
There is enough here to warrant investigation and enough to challenge the results. It's coming from all corners.
I understand that he has until the official count
certification in Ohio to Un Concede which is several days from now.
Anyone who thinks that he should unconcede should give reasons why - whatever they noticed, particularly in Red Republican Governed States using electronic machines- and send them directly to Cameron KERRY, John Kerry's brother at his law firm at the address **********

They should inform us if they were not allowed to vote provisionally (for whatever reason- they lost forms, ran out of forms, etc.) I personally witnessed a number of things as I reported in Texas with the DCCC. (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee)
If you know anyone in particular in Ohio who tried to vote and was turned away at the polls please get their information and notify the campaign. They should be notified if they experienced lines longer than four hours -particularly elderly or infirm people (we call that torture when they do it to political prisoners) . They should be notified if people were told as has been reported that due to too many people showing up in African American precincts, particularly in Ohio where there were too few booths (some only had two or three for the entire precinct) and told because of heavy turn out they could vote on Wednesday.
If the numbers of these sorts of incidents creates a percentage margin that exceeds
the margin of victory- Un Concession has to be made to challenge the count.
If people wanted to and tried to vote and were prevented or actively discouraged from doing so, that is a Civil Rights matter and must be dealt with in terms of the ultimate count.

This is the last email that I am writing on this subject in this venue. I am taking it up in other venues.
Please pass along this to your listservs so that we may make Democracy Work in America. We are not a country where he who cheats best wins.

Turn the beast on its creator a la Frankenstein. This bastard has to go down, and right now. It's time to dig up the dirt and get him exposed for the lying, back-stabbing, evil coward he is.

Anybody who has media connections and all of us who can email news organizations need to demand that they expose him!
