4. Loose nut

The guy flew off the handle and pulled a Cheney. Same with Andy Sullivan. Anyone else notice that conservatives feel entitled to express "Righteous Indignation" at any attempt to question the good little Christians of this country after the election? In the same sense that questioning the war in Iraq is unpatriotic. Progressives are still having their debate framed by the other side even after the election. Started with moral values exit polls. All trumped up nonsense.

6. yeah
somehow they are trying to make us into the people with no tolerance.

right. Red states hate us because we are mean elitists. and hollywood makes fun of them.

It was alan simpson, then sullivan, then they were doing it on crossfire.

Ugh, i gues this is their tactic to demonize us.

9. It's part of the script. They are good at playing their parts.
Reality has a way of catching up to everyone.

5. I was pretty amazed

he just started going off! All I could think was, gee a typical Repube, friggin angry all the time. I'm surprised his head didn't start spinning or his eye twitching like that bimbo Ann Coulter when she starts getting really pissed off, pshycobitch!!
I watched the show last Friday and I am bummed that was his season finale.
You are right about Andrew Sullivan too. I loved when comedian guy, so sorry forgot his name at this moment, told him try going to Mississippi and being a gay conservative in church down there.
hilarious!

12. comedian's name--DL Hughley. He's on the show frequently...
...I think he and Bill Maher work well off one another. Just as DL was getting going on an issue, Bill finished it off. Tag team style. I love it when he is on the show. I'd love to see DL, Richard Belzer and Coulter sitting in between the two. No mercy! LOL!

Seriously, I wish Bill wouldn't have her on the show EVER again. Can't stand her off the wall anti-woman comments.

7. I saw it....
Good grief! People in the audience were cheering him until he started losing his mind....And did we all catch the flip flop? He quieted the crowd when they cheered him for being pro-choice, then later, when he was complaining that they weren't agreeing with him, denied that he ever tried to quiet them.

10. I couldn't believe he became that unhinged...
...I mean, kudos for being pro-choice and pro-gay dude, but YOUR PARTY just "won" an election, presumably, based on being ANTI-choice and ANTI-gay. Look in a farquin mirror. He was completely unhinged. Seems the cross overs and fence dwellers (like Simpson and Zell) are most prone to completely LOSING IT on camera.

13. Yep. It's called "cognitive dissonance".....
it'll really mess you up:

Definition: Psychological conflict resulting from incongruous (incompatible) beliefs and attitudes held simultaneously.

Most republicans aren't really known for their good mental health.
