I am pissed off at Bush a lot more than Saddam
I will never forget the words that stupid egomaniac Tom Cruise said three years ago when he said that he is "really pissed off at Saddam Hussein".

Piss off at Saddam for what? Sure, he's a brutal dictator. But he does not have any WMDs (he fully cooperated with the UN in dismantling all of them), he is not a single bit involved in 9/11, he is not a threat to any of his neighbors, let alone the US (despite of what politicians say), and even he hated OSAMA BIN LADEN as much as the next guy.

Besides, there are other bad dictators as bad, if not worse, than Saddam, for Pete's sake! Why does Mr. Cruise just be pissed off at this guy? Only God knows.

You know, Bush and his father killed, tortured and brutalized more Iraqis in their respective terms than Saddam in his entire lifetime. and with Fallujah, Abu Grahib, and the occupation of Iraq not going well, people rather go with Saddam's tyranny rather than this occupation.

To tell you the truth, I am more pissed off at BUSH a lot more than Saddam.

I hate Tom Cruise!

1. I am pissed at Saddam.
Did he say other stuff or something? I'm just not sure why you would be mad from what you posted.

3. What I remembered...
I heard this on Access Hollywood a few years back while Tom Cruise and Steven Spielberg is at a press conference promoting "Minority Report".

Tom Cruise was just some of the gutless celebraties along with Brittney Spears supporting chimpy's reason to go to war in Iraq.

2. This all seems like a bad dream....
please wake me up. Saddam was a bad person, but look at our leader. God help us. Our men are being gunned down and we are killing innocent Iraq citizens. We need this war to end now. Not next week or next year. NOW!

5. Saddam was a good guy, "our guy" until he got pissed off about
Kuwait stealing his oil. Then he was a "bad guy", and they exposed all the bad shit he had been doing while he was our "good guy". This has happen before and it will happen again.

6. Can we truly say -
"he is not a single bit involved in 9/11"

Do we know that he didn't finance them?

7. I don't think he financed them.

Saddam would never do a thing like that, especially to his enemies: the Muslim fundamentalists who are the REAL ones who attacked us on 9/11.

Remember kids, it was SAUDI money that financed Al-Qaeda, not Saddam.

(I'm not defending anybody here, this is what I know.)

8. Oh, and one more thing...
Edited on Mon Jan-17-05 03:12 PM by Dangerman
Comparing between Bush and Saddam, if Saddam is a "mass murderer", what makes George W. Bush? Bush executed the most prisoners while governor of his state than any governor in US history. And he approved torture to prisoners in Gitmo and Abu Grahib. Oh, and his daddy's buddied gave Saddam chemical weapons with a wink and a smile back in the 80s.

I heard recently that an Iraqi prisoner at Abu Gharib was sexually tortured by US troops said "not even Saddam could do such a thing like this!"

(Like I said I'm not defending anybody here, I just like to prove my point.)

(EDIT: additional info)
