This is re: the Center for Constitutional Rights' (CCR) lawsuit against Rumsfeld et al for crimes against humanity filed with the German Prosecutor's Office. The US govt won't prosecute anyone higher than an E-4 for Abu Ghraib, so CCR has had to use German law to see justice meted out to those in charge.

Encourage the German govt. not to buckle under the weight of US pressure to terminate this lawsuit. Sign here and pass it on:

BTW, I signed that petition in December and forgot about it. The next thing I know, Rumsfeld has to cancel his visit to the 40th Munich Security Conference even though he is on the agenda to speak. I'll take my chances w/the brownshirts if it means keeping that egomaniac out of Germany.
