Okay, the boy does look different because she pasted a different head on him, I'll grant her that, but it isn't an entirely different child. As far as the soldier is concerned, it looks as if she changed his looks just a tiny bit to make his face look a little fuller--regardless, that doesn't change the fact that it's bad propaganda.

How much you wanna bet she's saying, "Nope, entirely different guy" because she didn't want to bother extending the courtesy of asking his persmission and just modified his appearance in the photo instead? Judging by his feelings about the incident, his response probably would've been a resounding, "Fuck off!"
