unfortunately. It was basically a statement that they would not be able to carry out their agenda "absent some catastrophic or catalysing event like a new Pearl Harbor", or words to that effect.

You might be able to find it on the PNAC website, if it hasn't been scrubbed. If not, someone must have kept a copy of it somewhere.

I remember, just about an hour after the planes hit, the talking heads were using the phrase "new Pearl Harbor." Again and again, on several channels, as I recall. I was really struck by the comparison. They were also saying (and I'm talking within an hour or so) that the only group that could pull this off was Al-Q and OBL. I kept wondering how these blowdried network spokesanchors could possibly know that, so quickly. I also wondered what incredible resources would be needed to do this other than having some guys who knew how to fly? There are pilots all over the world--how hard would it be to recruit someone? Or how expensive to send a bunch of guys to flight school (and really, now that I'm thinking about it, why bother to send them to flight school here in America--I mean, aren't there other countries, maybe more "friendly" countries to their cause, that train pilots?).
