This whole thing with Iraq was a charade. Remember when it all began? The day before the Iraq/Saddam "story" took over the domestic media, the big story was Bush's stock swindling with Harkin Oil, with the assistance of Harvard Management Corporation.
This was too much for Karl Rove to bear, so the decision was made to create a big distraction -- the invasion of Iraq. The very timing of it, as well as its "out of nowhere" nature, made it obvious that it was a complete fabrication.
They were all in on it, including Bush, Cheney, Powell and the rest of the Cabal. This is a very disciplined group of criminals, just like a Mafia family, where loyalty is paramount. Nobody does anything without approval.
What is the most depressing thing about this, beyond the fact that Bush is now the nation's worst mass murderer, is the despicable role the domestic media played in perpetuating this crime. They knew this was wrong, but they played along anyway. Truly disgusting.
