3. Bush has still allowed over 11.5 million jobs to disappear from...
...the U.S. employment rolls in the last 4 1/2 years, plus look at all of the under employed people in marginalized jobs. Plus, the number of families that have slipped under the poverty level in the U.S. has increased substantially to 38 million persons below 100% of the poverty level or 12.8% up from 12.1% when Bush began his first term as president.

4. I know dubya has messed up this country as far as
jobs, poverty and homelessness. I was just paraphrasing the article.
He hasn't done anything positive for the average person. And being one, I know that better than most, K?

8. Employment expanding because
Edited on Tue Mar-15-05 02:34 AM by SoCalDem
people who used to have ONE $15+ full time job with benefits are now holding 2 or 3 PART TIME $5-8 hr jobs with NO benefits.... and

the jobs that were "left behind" by the tens of thousands of reservists and guard, are currently being filled by people who had probably fallen off the "active" list of the unemployed..

smoke and mirrors :(
